It is a unique and engaging initiative, taken by Honda for its customers to enjoy maximized benefits and valuable experiences offered under the program.
The Honda Joy Club program is designed to ensure that you are able to create a long term connect with your customers in the following ways:
· Increased Customer Lifetime Value
· Driving the Customer back to Dealership for services
· Building consistent relationship with the customers.
Let us understand step wise guide to what all is required to enrol under the Program:
1) Login to the app using your existing Honda 2 Wheelers Network code along with the 4 Digit PIN.
2) Dealer will be redirected to the Contact Detail page where the following information are to be provided:
a. Dealer Mobile Number
b. E-Mail ID
3) On Submitting the contact details dealer will receive an OTP on both the Mobile Number & E-mail ID, dealer will input the OTP which will be verified on the app to proceed further.
4) Dealer will be redirected to the set new PIN page where dealer can set a new 4 digit PIN.
5) Once the Login is complete dealers are required to provide the following details on the app:
a. GSTIN
b. Dealer Profile Details
c. Sales Outlet Latlong
d. Service Workshop Latlong
6) Dealer would need to submit the dealership details to complete the registration process.
7) After submission, dealer details will be submitted for review to Area Incharge, Zonal Incharge & Regional Manager.
8) Post approval from the above authorities your profile under Honda Joy Club would be successfully activated and would be asked to update your wallet balance for smooth enrollment of the Honda Joy Club customers. Terms & Conditions apply.
